*Minimum 10 participants for the series to run. Drop in will be available weekly, however the number of the spots will not be posted until series registration is completed, by Monday October 13th.
Sculpt is a dynamic & energetic class that focuses on a combination of strength, cardio, and stretching. It incorporates slow holds with quick bursts or sequences of more challenging fitness-focused movements. Often in Sculpt we use hand weights, blocks and/or bands to enhance the practice. This is a sweaty session that is sure to keep your muscles firing and your body limber.
