Thursday Gentle Yoga Fall 22
This is an event series

This is a slow paced class, focused on joint mobility, and circulation. The class can be done in a chair if required, and is suitable for a variety of people from very fit and active, to less mobile. The sessions are particularly great for those who have joint issues (ie Arthritis, joint replacement), as well as those who seek to improve on range of motion & flexibility in all areas of the body. This is a great option for those with back issues as well, and is offered on Tuesday's to all ages & Thursday's as a 60+ option.
